Capabilities

Three areas where existing opportunities may be lost.

StillPointHQ works on what happens after demand has already entered the business. Each capability below is scoped only where a verified problem exists. They are not a mandatory bundle, and most first engagements address one principal workflow.

01

Enquiry Capture & Response

For incoming opportunities that may be missed, delayed, poorly recorded or inadequately routed.

Work this may include, where appropriate

  • Missed enquiry workflows
  • Intake and acknowledgement
  • Qualification and booking support
  • CRM logging and staff notification
  • Human escalation where judgement is needed

Boundary

This is not an unlimited AI receptionist service. It is a defined workflow with clear ownership.

02

Lead & Estimate Conversion

For enquiries, consultations, quotations, estimates or other opportunities that fail to progress effectively.

Work this may include, where appropriate

  • Structured follow up
  • Estimate and proposal follow up
  • Appointment coordination
  • Response classification and objection tagging
  • Pipeline visibility and handoff

Boundary

This is not an outsourced autonomous sales team. Commercial decisions stay with your people.

03

Customer Reactivation & Retention

For appropriate existing customers who are not consistently re-engaged, rebooked or reminded.

Work this may include, where appropriate

  • Eligible re-engagement
  • Rebooking and service reminders
  • Lifecycle communication
  • Retention workflows

Boundary

This is not unrestricted bulk marketing. Eligibility, permissions and suppression are checked first.

How capabilities are applied

Scoped to the verified problem, using the systems you already have.

We first assess what your CRM, field service platform, booking system or other existing tools can already do. Native functionality comes first where it is suitable. Additional tools or integrations are considered only when a verified requirement remains.

Pricing depends on the verified problem, data quality, systems, opportunity volume, workflow complexity, integrations, communication channels and the level of ongoing managed support, if any. Where the current process already works adequately, the right recommendation may be no additional service.

See whether there is an opportunity worth investigating.

The Revenue Opportunity Check is short, free and may conclude that no service is needed.
