How We Work
Diagnose. Recover. Prevent. Manage.
A disciplined way to decide whether an opportunity-handling problem actually exists, improve it where evidence supports action, and take on ongoing responsibility only where genuine recurring work justifies it.
The framework
Four stages, applied only as far as the evidence supports.
01
Diagnose
Find the verified point of friction, establish what is known and unknown, inspect current systems and decide whether a meaningful problem actually exists.
02
Recover
Improve progression of appropriate unresolved opportunities where evidence and permissions support action.
03
Prevent
Improve the process that allowed relevant opportunities to be missed, delayed, abandoned or left unresolved.
04
Manage
Operate, monitor, review exceptions, maintain agreed workflows and report outcomes where genuine recurring responsibility exists.
Client systems first
Client systems first. Technology where it helps. Human judgement where it matters.
Start with what you already use
We look at your existing CRM, field service platform, scheduling tools and records before anything else.
Native functionality first
Where your current software can do the job suitably, we use it rather than adding another layer.
Additions only for verified needs
Integrations or additional tools are considered only when a verified requirement remains that the current environment cannot reasonably meet.
Engagement progression
Each step is earned by the previous one.
Not every business moves through every stage. Many will stop after the first.
- 1
Revenue Opportunity Check
Free · usually 5 to 10 minutes
A short qualification step to decide whether there is enough relevance and evidence to justify a next step. It can often begin during an initial conversation. It is not a free unrestricted audit or consultation.
- 2
Defined Next Step
Where one fact needs confirming
Used where one material fact needs confirmation before a responsible recommendation can be made.
- 3
Revenue Leakage Diagnostic
Only where needed · paid
Used only where ambiguity in data, systems or process complexity prevents responsible scoping. Not every business needs one.
- 4
Revenue Recovery Implementation Sprint
Fixed scope
A fixed scope intervention against a verified operational problem. The first Sprint normally addresses one principal workflow and one demonstrable problem.
- 5
Managed Revenue Operations
Only where recurring work exists
Ongoing responsibility only where genuine recurring work, such as monitoring, exceptions, maintenance, reporting or optimisation, justifies it.
Human oversight
- Each workflow has a documented internal owner who receives escalations and updates outcomes.
- Eligibility checks, permissions and suppression are applied before any customer communication.
- AI and automation may help with repetitive work, classification, routing, drafting or analysis.
- Human judgement remains in place where accuracy, customer experience, exceptions or commercial decisions matter.
Measurement
- Agree what will be measured before work begins, and what the baseline is where one can be established.
- Measure outcomes where reliable evidence exists, and say so where it does not.
- Use conservative attribution. Results depend on demand, data, internal execution, capacity and other factors outside our control.
- No guaranteed revenue, conversion improvement or ROI claims.
When no service is needed
If the process already works, we will tell you.
If your existing process and software already capture, progress and follow up the relevant opportunities adequately, the right outcome may be no additional service. We do not manufacture a problem to preserve a sales opportunity, and we should not recommend another layer of technology simply to sell work.
